The Team
The team of Directors are led by John Ault and Steffan John.
John Ault
John Ault, who worked for the Liberal Democrats for 9 years, has a great deal of experience in fighting and winning elections. Having been agent in South East Cornwall in 1997, winning with a 12% swing, he went on to be Campaigns Officer for the North West, and then Campaigns Manager for the Welsh Assembly elections in 2003.
He has been agent for four parliamentary by-elections, and helped win control, of Liverpool, Oldham, Stockport and Cornwall Councils. He recently spent time helping elect the Lib Dems newest MP – Willie Rennie. He was co-author of The Liberal Democrat Campaign Manual, and was Director of Simon Hughes MP’s successful Presidential campaign. John has also been a candidate for parliamentary and european parliamentary elections. He is presently a county councillor in Cornwall.
Steffan John
Steffan John has also worked for the Liberal Democrats in the National Assembly for Wales where he prepared policy briefings for Assembly Members. He contested the Mid and West Wales regional list seat for the Liberal Democrats at the 2003 elections where he came within 1000 votes of being elected to the Assembly.
Steff has had extensive campaign experience across the country having worked on campaigns from rural Cornwall to inner city Cardiff to Dunfermline. Having directed PR campaigns, council and parliamentary campaigns Steff understands the needs of political clients.
